Father Jeremy Freehill grew up in the Tri-County area and was ordained to the holy priesthood through the laying on of hands and the invocation of the Holy Spirit on May 25, 2013 by Most Reverend Daniel R. Jenky. It was a moment of grace that he had been prepared for within his family, his small town community, Illinois Central College in East Peoria, Saint Mary’s University in Winona, MN and at Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD. 

His previous missions include being a parochial vicar at the Parish of Saint Pius X in Rock Island, chaplain at Alleman Catholic High School in Rock Island, and Catholic Chaplain at Augustana College in Rock Island, IL too which gave him invaluable experience serving at a college within the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Ameria tradition.

He arrived here on July 8th 2020.

Kellie is a wife and mother of two who was baptized in this parish church. 

A graduate of Limestone High School and Illinois State University, and a Navy Reserve Veteran, she studied mass communications and film.  She worked in video production after graduation, then as a document editor, website creator and usability specialist at Caterpillar. She served as an Administrative Assistant at OSF Healthcare and is happy to put those skills to use. Having sung in various choirs and productions over the years, she lends her voice to the choir at our 11:00AM Sunday Mass.

Kellie is proud to serve the parish mission in the 61605 community.  Give her a call during her office hours and she will be happy to assist you.
